for your entertainment tonight

the very first draft of the beginning of my book

Picking up the red note book Caroline opens the front cover and reads. 'Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Yesterday we went to court and Neil pleaded guilty to harrassment. He agreed to a restraining order to stay away indefinitely. Now I hope we can both move on.'

Caroline wonders how they ever let things get so bad that they had to face each other across a court room, but what was worse was the reason. The court hearing had marked the end of months of harrassment and intimidation.............

"From here on I shall be making this my main blog I have decided to re-invent myself"

There you go, you was doing it all the time without recognizing it anyway.

Life is an evolution to the grave. Hopefully going in the right direction, but not always.

Explore many paths, and discover the experiences, joys, sorrows, and lessons on them.

And try to learn from the lessons. And always try to remember, if you are not living under a tree and starving, you have it made. So remember to be thankful.

Not sure I will have time in the future to get back to visit again, but.... Hugs.

Intriguing! When I read somethign written as emotively as this it always makes me realise how much I still have to learn about writing!

dj isn't it amazing how we always think everyone else writes better than we do.

I like the way this piece started but I think it has gone down hill from there. Must put some more effort into it......not done any writing this week either on my book or anything else.....just had lots of ideas going around in my head but nothing that I could put down in writing.
