evening

Last night I didn't feel like cooking so I had left over spag bol for my dinner, finished the post I had started on wednesday over on Battle then went over to mum's. We watched Eastenders then we began looking through the new Adult Education book for this year. We have both thought about going back to Creative writing classes but figured we had best not go to the same class. We would giggle too much (plus she would then find out what kind of thing I write).

I giggled at the thought of belly dancing classes, I know that Cheekydani does it but I have too much belly, it could dance all on its own without much input from me. But I did wonder why there are classes for belly dancing and classes for Egyptian belly dancing. Does anyone know what the difference is?

there were several other classes that caught my eye including Neuro Linguistic programing, does anyone know what that it. Mother says don't do it they will make you have goals ie for next week next month etc.

I shall have to give it some more thought, that is if I can even afford to enrol in any of the classes at £63 or £70 a term!!!!

neuro linguistic programming is telling yourself you're gonna be rich and believing that just by articulating this you're programming yourself to riches. so you can bet your ass what my thoughts are on that - bring on the hatemail all you nlp'ers

so empathise with your belly doing a solo performance

Hi Lady, indeed I can answer your belly dancing related questions... In fact there are numerous types of belly dancing. Each Middle Eastern country plus Turkey and even Greece has a variation. Egyptian is just one of the many, possibly the most popular one in many ways. I do a variety of the numerous types and quite like to learn them all and combine them all in dances.

As for having a wobbly belly already, in fact it will tone you if you stick at it. But belly dancing isn't just for skinny minnies, personally I think it works better when you do have a belly. It gives you a feminine shape and as there are only women in the class, you don't have the embarrassment you might feel elsewhere. I highly recommend it! x

NLP is a form of therapy that gets you to use different parts of your brain and so affects change in your thinking. Paul McKenna is a trained master in it and if you get any of his quit smoking/eating CDs that's what he's using.

You could enrol on my evening course, a steal at 250 squid for the year, but then technical drawing on computer might not be your thing. Belly dancing sounds far more interesting.
