Good home wanted for unused sauce mixes
My friend Vi has as I already mentioned a week or so go done the impossible
she has got me back to doing more home cooking
I am back to cooking dishes from scratch just as I used to do
in the days when I was a stay at home mum
so now we are eating a healthier diet and
I am left with a stack of unused sauce packets.
chilli con carne, shepherds pie, sausage casserole, and several others
not sure what to do with these now
does anyone want them ?
When I clean out my clients cupboards, I tell them to donate this stuff to the local school for upcoming fairs for the tombolas. (just check the dates on them though! Sometimes I find these sauce packets have gone out of date sitting in the cupboard!)
ReplyDeleteI make up all kinds of dishes, and use sauce packs in them just to season the dishes up.
ReplyDeleteI made up a BIG pan of chicken rice soup this morning. Will post about it after Thanksgiving.
I like to cook things up, but I've never made a pie, other than pudding ones that I just pour in a boughten crust.
Making a pie seems like a lot of work.
Why don't you mix them all together and see what happens?
